I am thrilled to welcome you to Muki Press, where the magic of storytelling and learning unite. My name is Christine Kimiko Dillard, a devoted author, illustrator, and mother who believes in the transformative power of books. They open windows to new worlds and help us understand ourselves and the world around us.
At Muki Press, my primary aim is to make reading accessible to all, especially those just starting their reading journey or facing challenges such as dyslexia. I am excited to introduce you to my inaugural project, “My Beginning Phonics,” a series of decodable books designed to nurture budding readers. These books are tailored for beginning, struggling, or dyslexic readers. The first five will launch on April 22, focusing on short vowel sounds.
